Our Stress and Resilience course includes a series of 12 short lessons. Each lesson consists of a brief video segment (less than ten minutes per video) followed by reflection questions and a brief quiz. The course is self-paced. You can complete the lessons in any order.
The Stress & Resilience course is designed to take less than 90 minutes to complete. However, users may want to spend more time to think about the Personal Application questions after each lesson. You can access the PDF packet by selecting Personal Application Resources.
