This video course is a master class video course designed to educate and train participants regarding critical incidents.
This course consists of several short videos and 5 quizzes to allow for people to learn at their own pace. Filmed by Dr. Tatiana McDougall, with supporting 3D animations, graphics, and content slides, this course utilizes personal testimonies from humanitarian workers and offers practical tools to cope with critical incidents. Staff who participate in this training will learn the objectives below to help them be better prepared to safely navigate the risks of critical incident exposure that are inherent in responding to humanitarian emergencies. This course can be given to staff members pre-deployment to prepare workers for future critical incidents, or during deployment following a critical incident to help workers cope and process the critical incident.
